Te Puna Quarry Park Trip

On Tuesday the 7th of March the Junior School visited the
Te Puna Quarry Park.
Our focus is: The Bush.

Have a look at the photos and tell us what kinds of things we found in the bush! Some things were surprising. Some things were scary! Some things were noisy.

  1. Great photos for a great trip. Such a lot of work has gone in the Te Puna Quarry. There's So much to see we will have to go back another time to see what we didn't manage this time around.

  3. The crickets were noisy. The cactus plants were scary because I have touched one at my Grandmas and I got spikes in my hands. The butterflies were the best thing. Mackenzie

We loved seeing all the photos from the day of amazing musical instruments made from recycled materials, the giant grasshopper, beautiful butterflies and caterpillars.
